Insurance and Self-Pay

I accept Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Curative, Ascension (SmartHealth), Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania Virtual Network, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey Virtual Network and Cigna through Headway for eligible clients in Florida and Tennessee. Coverage must be verified before scheduling an insurance-based appoint.

I am also independently credentialed through BCBS of Tennessee. Tricare East in Florida (non-network) (TN date coming soon).

Self-pay services remain available for clients who are not using insurance. Executive function coaching is a nonclinical service and is not eligible for insurance billing or superbills.
