Therapy for the moments when life feels overwhelming.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, or simply trying to understand yourself more fully, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful change.

I work collaboratively with each client, recognizing that no two people arrive with the same story. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, identify your goals, and develop an approach that fits your unique needs.

Areas of Focus

Anxiety

Anxiety can make everyday life feel exhausting. Whether you're constantly overthinking, struggling with worry, or finding it difficult to quiet your mind, we'll work together to better understand your anxiety and develop practical strategies to help you regain a sense of balance and confidence.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma affects more than memories. It can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. Therapy provides a place to process those experiences at a pace that feels safe while helping you move toward healing.

ADHD & Neurodivergence

If you've spent your life feeling like your brain works differently, you're not alone. Many neurodivergent adults grow up believing they're lazy, difficult, "too much," or somehow not enough. Often, those messages say far more about misunderstanding than they do about the person receiving them.

Whether you're living with ADHD, identify as autistic, or are simply beginning to explore what neurodivergence means for you, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself without judgment. Together, we'll identify your strengths, navigate the challenges you're facing, and develop strategies that work with your brain—not against it.

Life Transitions

Major life changes—whether expected or unexpected—can leave us feeling uncertain and overwhelmed. Therapy can help you navigate those transitions while staying connected to the person you want to become.

Self-Understanding & Personal Growth

Sometimes people come to therapy not because something is "wrong," but because they want to better understand themselves. Therapy can provide space to explore patterns, relationships, emotions, and goals while creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Who I Work With

I provide therapy for:

  • Children

  • Adolescents

  • Adults

  • Parents seeking support for their children

My Approach

Every person brings a unique story into therapy. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I believe meaningful change begins with understanding the experiences, emotions, and patterns that shape our lives.

Together, we'll work toward building practical skills while also developing a deeper understanding of yourself—because lasting change grows from both insight and action.

    Additional Services

    Monthly Care Plans

For clients who prefer consistent appointments and predictable monthly billing, Monthly Care Plans are available.

Plans are designed to simplify scheduling while supporting continuity of care. The initial month includes a comprehensive diagnostic intake and three therapy sessions. Ongoing plans include up to four therapy sessions per monthly billing cycle, along with limited treatment-related messaging.

    Executive Function Coaching

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer executive function coaching for those seeking practical support with executive functioning, organization, time management, accountability, and task initiation.

Coaching focuses on building skills and creating sustainable systems that work with your brain rather than against it.

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA)

I am an approved provider through Step Up for Students for families participating in the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA).
